Sandra Stepan has recently joined the NorthBridge team as a Client Manager. She is bright and cheerful and such a wonderful addition to the Sales and Marketing team. Her role is to set up and attend client meetings, research government funding programs, develop new sales and marketing strategies, use social media tools, and organize company events with the NorthBridge social committee.
She enjoys every aspect of her new role here at NorthBridge including meeting new clients, helping inform companies about funding opportunities, and interacting with the NorthBridge team.
Sandra was born and raised in Romania and moved to Canada with her family about 9 years ago. She studied Arts and Business at the University of Waterloo with a major in French and a specialization in Human Resources Management. She has extensive experience in sales and customer service in the retail, service, and food industries. In her spare time, she enjoys playing pool in a league, attending Zumba classes, and spending time with her cat, Coco. She is also a make-up artist and has worked at several events including weddings and parties.
